Acceptable Use Policy

What may and may not be sent. Part of the Terms of Service.

Why this exists

Every account in the sandbox sends from a domain all of our customers share. One person sending junk from it damages delivery for everyone else, and the damage is slow to undo. That is the whole reason for this page.

Send this

Transactional mail to people who asked for it or have a real relationship with you: password resets, receipts, confirmations, alerts, account notices, and the ordinary business of an application talking to its users.

Not this

What happens if you do

We suspend the account, usually immediately and without warning, and tell you why. Serious or repeated abuse ends the account permanently.

We honour bounces and complaints automatically: an address that hard-bounces or reports you is suppressed for your account and further sends to it are refused. Do not try to work around that.

To report abuse coming from us, email support@sendslice.com with the full message headers. We read those.
